YIVAN Return Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds.

Order Issues

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at contactyivan@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work diligently to resolve the issue.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Houston, TX. Items are typically shipped within 4-7 business days. Please note that orders may take longer to ship due to unforeseen circumstances. 

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. Additionally, you will receive emails notifying you when your order has been shipped and when it has been delivered.

YIVAN is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided at checkout matches the exact address to which we shipped the order, and the tracking number indicates that it has been delivered, we are not held responsible. Stolen and lost packages are non-refundable.

International Orders

Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any customs fees and duties that may be charged by their country for import. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase.
